• Securing or removing valuable or fragile items before service
• Ensuring pets are secured and will not pose a risk to our staff
• Providing accurate information about the property's condition and requirements

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wren, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of our services.

5. Service Warranty

We warrant that our cleaning services will be:

• Performed with reasonable skill and care
• Carried out by trained and vetted cleaning professionals
• Delivered in accordance with the specifications agreed upon
• Completed within a reasonable timeframe

If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated above, our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wren shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your inability to use our services
• Damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, pandemic, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, or failure of public utilities or transport networks.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Dispute Resolution

• You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly
• If informal resolution is not successful, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations
• Either party may seek mediation through a mutually agreed mediator

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wren regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
